A Fried Egg On Toast & Caviar

         In a mood for a fancy breakfast? This is an old-school very easy dish. 


         Heat 1 tablespoon of Butter with Canola Oil in 8-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until sizzling. Add eggs to pan, tipping pan towards back of stove slightly, to prevent whites from spreading. Cook 2 minutes or until whites are almost set. Cover pan and let steam until yolks are set or to a desired doneness. 


          While eggs are cooking, lightly toast bread and spread with the remaining Butter.

There is only one rule: top your egg with the Caviar at the end, not during the cooking process.


           For this dish we suggest using Imperial Osetra or Russian Osetra Caviar.
