Golden Osetra is one of the most rare and prized of all caviar types. It has a big sizes pearls with a yellow brown color and uniquely nutty and sweet flavor. Due to its rarity and flavor we recommend to enjoy it paired with the best champagne or vodka. Golden Osetra can be found in only 1 in 100 osetra sturgeon fishes.
Farm raised caviar, imported from Asia and Europe, Grade 1.

To ensure its freshness, Imperial Osetra Golden Caviar caviar should always be stored in the fridge in its original packaging and eaten within 7 days after the delivery.
For a good testing allow up to 100 gram per person.
For an ideal experience for two we recommend buying a 4 oz tin or a caviar testing set, including our three most popular types of caviar (Imperial Osetra, Kaluga Premium, Russian Osetra).
For four to eight people we recommend getting an 8 oz tin of Caviar.
