The IKRAA story is a continuation of a legacy. Founded in New York by a family deeply immersed in the world of caviar since the 1980s, IKRAA is the modern expression of that heritage—founded by the next generation to honor the past while elevating the future.
Our name comes from the Russian word “ikra” (meaning caviar), with the double “A” quietly paying tribute to its founders.
