I am obsessed with IKRAA caviar! It is of excellent quality. The osserta has firm pearls that burst in your mouth to a smooth, silky, almost buttery texture! An absolutely winner. It is amazing on its own but also on Dover Sole with lemon butter sauce, on pastas, omelet, on pita with smoked salmon and creme fraiche and even ice cream!!! Highly recommended!
