Orders are carefully packed in sustainable, compostable boxes with gel ice packs that maintain safe temperatures for 48–72 hours.
• Orders under $300 → $40 flat-rate shipping
• Orders $300 and above → Complimentary express shipping
• Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship the same business day
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST ship the next business day
• No deliveries on Saturdays, Mondays, or National Holidays
• Orders placed on Fridays or weekends will ship the following Monday
• We do not ship to PO boxes
• No signature is required on delivery; however, UPS may choose not to leave the package if no one is available, and may reroute it to the nearest UPS facility for pickup

Your caviar is shipped in a recyclable, compostable cooler with frozen gel packs. Temperature is maintained for up to 72 hours, and all products are guaranteed fresh upon arrival.

Upon delivery, please inspect your order immediately and refrigerate the caviar promptly.
