Not frozen, no chemical preservatives, not pasteurized.

To ensure its freshness, Signature Reserve caviar should always be stored in the fridge in its original packaging and eaten within 7 days after the delivery.

Opened Tin: 3 - 5 Days

Closed Tin: 14 Days

Caviar should be stored between 32 - 38 Degrees Fahrenheit.

Do not store caviar in the freezer.
